Emma Alfreda Ware, 85, died Jan. 9, 2006, in Dallas. Funeral services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, at Midlothian Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Midlothian Cemetery under the direction of Midlothian Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ware was born to Luther Blanton and Lena Merle Gutton Culpepper, May 28, 1920, in Walnut Springs. She married Grady Cline Ware April 19, 1938. She was a member of the Graham Chapter of the Eastern Star and worked with the Rainbow Girls.

She is survived by her husband, Grady Cline Ware; two daughters, Debbie Myers of North Richland Hills and Sondra Forbes and husband Ed of Midlothian; five grandchildren, Danna Stewart of Maypearl, Jason Myers of Lafayette, La., Clint Forbes of Belton, Robin Myers of Houston and Melody Winters of Fort Worth; eight great-grandchildren, Emma and Ethan Stewart, Hannah King-Forbes, Caleb Forbes, Katie and Amanda Myers and Hannah and Chandler Winters; two brothers, Frank Culpepper and wife Jo of McGregor and Farrell Culpepper and wife Martha; and one sister, Margie Faulk and husband Winfred of Katy.
