She was born May 18, 1950, in Crossville, the daughter of Vernon Potter and Savannah Brown. She was a factory worker for Delbar Factory.
She is survived by her husband, Donnie Lee Wiggins of Crossville; son, Ritchie Hall of Crossville; daughter, Melissa Hall of Key West, FL; mother, Savannah Brown of Crossville; sisters, Tammy Kemmer of Crossville, Linda Chilton of Hanging Limb, TN, LouElla Houston, of Crossville, and Judy Hall of Crossville. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Donnie Lee Wiggins Jr.; father, Vernon Potter; and brother, Danny Hall.
Graveside services were held at Goss Cemetery March 27, with Bro. Ralph Reagan officiating.
