Chris was a woman of many interests and commitments to various causes and organizations in her beloved St. Pete community. In addition to being an expert Tax Accountant for many years, she has been Director of the Nova Civitan Club, the Bookkeeper, and supporter of the Florida Suncoast Affiliate of Susan G. Komen "For the Cure", and a longtime volunteer for Special Olympics. In her youth, she enjoyed swimming and water skiing and later took to the water on cruises that took her worldwide. She got into cross stitching and produced many beautiful pictures, including family and pet portraits. Chris always had dogs in her life and was devoted to them. In her later years, she also became fascinated with owls. But her last great love was being an avid Tampa Devil Rays baseball fan.
