She was born May 25, 1926 in South Bend, Indiana and had lived here since 1950.
Betty worked for the State of Wyoming Motor Transportation Department.
She was an avid gardener and a member of the XJWC, Eastern Star Mizpah Chapter 36, Daughters of the Nile, and Jobs Daughters.
She was a past Girl Scout leader and volunteer at Memorial Hospital.
Betty is survived by her husband of 70 years, Charles Kline; two daughters, Leigh Kline Spruell of Houston, Texas and Charla Kline of Cheyenne; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Anton Kline, Jr.; daughter, Shannon Lou Roberts; parents, Donald and Mary Souder, Sr. and a brother, Donald Eugene Souder, Jr.
