The sixth child of Elizabeth Rohrer and Elisha Robinson, he was named for his Uncle Frederick Augustus Rohrer of Greensburg, Westmoreland Co. PA.

INSCRIPTION: "Here Lies Frederick Augustus Robinson who died December 27th A. D. 1829 / Aged three years & 7 monts" (sic.)
