Gary was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served in the United States Army. On October 11, 1996, Gary married Denise Chastain, the love of his life, in Edwardsville, IL. He had retired from Nex-Tech in St. Louis, MO as a machinist after many years of dedicated service. He enjoyed watching Nascar races and drag racing his Pontiac Tempest in his younger days. After selling his Tempest, Gary bought a white Corvette, and the corvette was his pride and joy. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. Gary will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
