"Joyce M. Bohm, age 88, resident of the Hamilton Care Center, Two Rivers, died early Monday morning, November 10, 2014 at the Hamilton Care Center.
"Joyce was born July 30, 1926 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late John and Esther (Schultz) Meneau. She was baptized at St. Luke's Church in Two Rivers, and confirmed on Dec. 21, 1945 at St. John's Church in Green Valley, WI. She attended public schools in Two Rivers. On May 24, 1945, she married LaVern E. Bohm at St. John's Lutheran Church, Two Rivers.
"He preceded her in death on June 20, 2006. Before her marriage, she worked at the Metalware Corp. where she met her future husband, LaVern. For most of her married life she was a stay at home mom, except for a short time when she worked at Hamilton Industries.
"Joyce loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed researching family history, sewing, gardening, quilting, and her photographs.
"Survivors include her children: Judith Stuebs, Wayne (Betty) Bohm, and JoAnne (Richard) Kouba; her grandchildren: David (Tanya) Stuebs, Wendy (Karl) Fleury, Tina (Lee) Holsen, Cindy (Kenneth) LeGrew, Stacy Kouba, and Kevin Kouba; and her great grandchildren: Nikhita Navani, Priyanka Navani, Mia Fleury, Taran Stuebs, Brady Stuebs, and Ali Hansen. She is further survived by step-brothers and step-sisters: Gerald (Kathy) Meneau, Dale Meneau, Gary (Judy) Meneau, Dorothy Reno, and Julie (Ronald) Swanson; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
"In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by her step-mother, Helena Molls Meneau; son-in-law, Eugene Stuebs; and brothers & sisters: John Meneau, Creighton (Arlene) Meneau, Elizabeth (Addison) Wood, and Dona Meneau."
