Teresa Elaine Weaver, 56, Marion, was welcomed into Heaven by her Lord and Savior at 8:51 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2015, during a time of prayer, while surrounded by her husband, children, and their spouses.

Teresa was born July 8, 1958, in Anderson, Indiana, to Don and Beth Colvin. She grew up in Anderson until she was 5- years-old and her family then moved to Marion, which became her permanent residence. In 1976, she graduated from Marion High School and soon afterwards married her high school sweetheart, Toby Weaver, on August 7, 1976. She passionately served Indiana Wesleyan University's Nursing division for the last 15 years and was known by colleagues to always be loving and hardworking with a servant's heart. She also faithfully helped support her husband's construction business as his bookkeeper and secretary. She worshipped at Lakeview Wesleyan Church.

Teresa was a devoted and caring wife, mother, and friend to all. She had a servant's heart and always cared for the interests of others. Serving God and her family were the most important things in her life. She was best known for being a servant, prayer warrior, and constant encourager. She enjoyed gardening, hosting pool parties, learning, making people laugh, feeling loved, and, most of all, spending her time with family.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Toby Weaver; her children, Megan (Jimi) Moore, Erin (Jackson) Gall, and Daniel (Jodi) Weaver; two grandchildren, Naomi and Elsi; and her two sisters, Rita (Jeff) Evans and Cyndi (Elvin) Weinmann.
