Born Jan. 17, 1986, in Logan, W.Va., she was a daughter of Roma and Carl Adams of Harts and Grayling and Margie Mullins of Harts.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dave Tackett and Violet Mullins; great-grandparents, Frank Carter, Betty Faye Carter and Roxie Mullins, and one aunt, Mary Elizabeth Blair.
Hopie enjoyed swimming, riding, spending time with family and friends and especially spending time with her baby girl Harleigh Faith.
In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her companion, Tony Butler; grandparents, Troy and Betty Bryant of Harts; one daughter, Harleigh Faith Butler; five sisters, Elizabeth, Sabrina, Britney and Cali Adams and Charlotte (Chris) Stollings; two brothers, Cameron Adams and Brandon Mullins, and six nieces and nephews, Hailey, Bianca, Brody, Austin, Hunter and Paiyton.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Mon., March 30, at Freeman Funeral Home with Barney Goins officiating. Burial will follow at Adams Cemetery at Chapmanville, W.Va.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Chris, Nick, Bubby, Coty, Casey, Brandon, Chris, Matt, Keith and Millard.
Honorary pallbearers will be Troy Jr., William, Alonzo, Rodney and Ricky.
