Averil is survived by her sons: Clark (Tess) Gartner of Tecumseh, Gerald (Lisa) of Peachtree City, Ga. Daughters: Diane (Charles) Genuchi of Palmyra, Ralene (David) Wesemann of Lincoln; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Sister, Zella (John) Goering of Lincoln. Sisters-in-law: Viola Gartner of Unadilla, Mary Gartner of Syracuse. Brother-in-law, Ernest Gruber of Louisville. Also many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 6th, at Unadilla United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Hopewell Cemetery.
