LACKEY, Patricia Ann, age 86, of Dayton, died Monday, March 23, 2015 at the St. Leonard Center. Pat was born on July 4, 1928 in Cincinnati to the late Leonard and Marie Nagel Cummings.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don and son, William. Pat is survived by her sons, James & wife, Linda of Falls Church VA, David of Yellow Springs, Gerry & wife, Wendy of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Katharine, Bryce, Reid, Kelsey and Max.

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Leonard Church, 8100 Clyo Rd., Centerville, Ohio 45459. Gathering of family and friends at Tobias Funeral Home – Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45429. Private interment Calvary Cemetery.
