SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services honoring the life of Ms. Jan Mims Farmer will be held at 1:00 pm

Monday December 5, 2011 at Forest Park Cemetery on St. Vincent Avenue. Officiating will be Rev. Dennis Sims of Ellerbe Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Michael Farmer and wife Kerri, daughter Melissa Farmer, brother Dr. Thomas Jefferson Mims, Jr. and wife Andrea, two step-grandchildren, two nieces and nephews as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
