Eugene W. Knope, age 59, of N557 Hwy 577 Menominee, passed away Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002 at Menominee Care Center.
He was born on July 23, 1942 to the late Walter and Inez (Anker) Knope in Two Rivers. He resided for most of his life in the Two Rivers area. He served in the Navy for four years and worked at Formrite Tube for many years. He worked at Lloyd Flanders for 15 years and the past five years had worked at Sears and Goodwill.
He is survived by his brother, his sister, his stepmother and four step-brothers.
A brother Keith preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the Lemieux-Thielen Funeral Home on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002 at 12 noon until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery in Two Rivers.
