Carol was born on November 22, 1942, in Waupun and is the daughter of Jake and Edna Dommisse. Carol loved watching sports of all types, especially the Brewers and Packers. She enjoyed doing crafts, playing cards, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed being outdoors as well. She worked in home health care for a number of years, and after she retired she babysat for her grandchildren. She was the best wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend that anyone could have asked for and she will never be forgotten. She can be described as the best sister a person could ever have and a friend to all she met. She was a very loving person and if love could have saved her she would have lived forever. Her sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her. We will forever miss our mother.
Carol leaves behind her loving husband of 13 years, Paul Vines, Waupun; 2 daughters Pam Vankirk, Fond du Lac; Lindy (Dave) Hull, Waupun; a son Rick (Melissa) Searvogel, Waupun; 5 sisters Karen McDonald, South Byron; Sandy (Dan) Hillary, Hartford; Connie Baasch, Fond du Lac; Ruth Ann Boettcher, Westminster, CO; Donna Pluim, Waupun; a brother Brian (Deb) Dommisse, Waupun; 7 grandchildren Erick Searvogel, Danielle Hull, Mackenzie Hull, Briana Vankirk, Aaron Jahnke, Hailey Searvogel, Cody Searvogel, and 1 great grandchild Kylie Searvogel; nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
