She was born Feb. 25, 1964, in Ripley, W.Va., and came to Sarasota in 1988 from St. Albans, W.Va. She was a proprietor and worked in marketing. She was a member of Selby Gardens, Southside Athletic Club and the Sarasota Bromeliad Club. She received an associate degree from Manatee Community College.
Survivors include her husband, Ben.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Robarts Funeral Home. A service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sarasota Memorial Park.
