Roger was born June 5, 1944 in Mobile, Alabama to Edward and Ona Modell Rogers Paul. He spent his life as a truck driver and enjoyed the many places he got to visit while driving. He was a NASCAR fan, loved watching the History Channel, listening to Pink Floyd and classic rock in general, anything to do with 18 wheelers and had a funny sense of humor, always cracking jokes.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenneth A. Paul; and sister, Greta Paul Croft.
Roger is survived by his son, Andy Paul and wife Misty of LaPorte, Texas; daughters, Eugenia Simmons and husband Ben of Cypress, Texas and Karen Love of Tomball, Texas; grandchildren, Jason King and wife Ashley, Alyssa Houston, Ashley Love, Baily Paul, and Travis Paul; nephews, Raymond Christmas, Christopher Christmas, Ronny Paul, and Terry Paul; niece, Greta Christmas Coffman and husband Ed; and special friend and cousin, Buddy Curry and wife Cheryl.
