Betty enjoyed her activities and friends in the Petroleum Wives Club, her book club, and her bible study group at Prestonwood Baptist Church where she and Roy were members. She was active in her Neighborhood Watch program.
Betty is preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Elaine Geddie.
She is survived by her husband, Roy James, Keene, Jr., son Stephen Roy Keene of Red Oak, Texas, daughter Suzanne Keene Sutherland of Sugar Land, Texas, and her brother and his family, Glenn and Judy Milligan, Troy and Meagan. Betty was proud of her seven grandchildren: Kyle McDaniel, Jacob Sutherland, James Rowland, Geoffrey Keene, Samantha Savage, and twins Madison and Makenzie Keene, as well as her two granddaughters, Aurora and Guinevere.
The family wishes to thank her friends and family for their love and support. A private gathering will be held at a later time.
