She was born on March 9, 1947, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Neely and Norma Green Stinebrook. Her father, Neeley Stinebrook, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Norma Stinebrook of Piggott, Arkansas; four children: Holly Crabtree of Piggott, Arkansas, Anthony Foster and wife Malinda of Paragould, Arkansas, Billy Jo Millsap and husband Tony of Rector, Arkansas, and Kenny Foster of Piggott, Arkansas; grandchildren: Wyatt Crabtree, T.J. Millsap, Kayla Foster, Jacob Foster, Dylan Foster, Heidi Millsap, and Tyler Rand; great-grandchild, Preston Millsap; sister, Sherry Stinebrook of Piggott, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 28, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with visitation Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m. Burial is in Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
