Rebecca Jane Cantrall, of Friendship Village, Upper St. Clair, died Saturday, March 21, 2015.

Born in Clarksburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Arch and Grace Cantrall.

She is survived by a sister, Carrie Waters, of Bridgeport, W.Va.; niece, Sarah Waters, of Pittsburgh; nephew, S. Reed Waters Jr. (Karen), of Pittsburgh; also survived by Christopher Waters, of Smyrna, Ga., and Stephen Waters, Kimberly Waters, and Jackson Rahm, all of Pittsburgh.

Rebecca attended Bethany College and graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. degree in commerce.

She received a Master of Library Science degree from Carnegie Tech (now Carnegie Mellon University) and retired from U.S. Steel Corporation in 1990.

She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, American Library Association, Pittsburgh Athletic Association, and the DAR of Harrison County, W.Va. At her request, there will be no visitation.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2015, at Marshville Cemetery in Harrison County, W.Va.

Arrangements are being handled by Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, Clarksburg, W.Va.
