Funeral services will be held at 10 am. on Friday, April 12, 2002 at St. Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Larry Seidl, with burial to follow in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Rosie was born June 11, 1929 in Two Rivers, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Ruder Ott. She attended St. Mark Parochial School and Two Rivers Washington High School, graduating with the class of 1947. On Sept. 12, 1953 she married Lester J. Ferry at St. Mark Catholic Church. He preceded her in death Oct. 26, 2001, Rose was employed at the Metal Ware Corp. for several years and in 1959 began working at Paragon Electric Co., where she worked for 39 years, retiring in 1998. After her retirement she worked part-time at Evans of Two Rivers, until the present time. She was a lifelong member f St. Mark Parish, where she was an active member of the Ladies of St. Mark. She enjoyed time spent with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Stacy; and three brothers: Oscar, Harold and Arthur Ott.
Relatives and friends may call at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening and after 9 a.m. on Friday until leaving for the church at 9:45 a.m. A parish wake service will be held at 7:30 and p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, led by Sister Dorothy Wagner.
The Ferry family would like to extend a heartfèlt thank you to the doctors, nurses and entire staff of the critical care unit of Holy Family Memorial Medical Center for the excellent care and compassion given to Rosie and her family. Rosie was truly a loving mom, grandma and friend to many. She will be greatly missed by her family.
