Dot was a lifetime resident of the Farwell and Oklahoma Lane communities. She played the organ at the Methodist Church in Farwell and Oklahoma Lane. She taught Sunday School for many years and was also al youth sponsor. Dot was a member of ESA Philanthropic Sorority. She taught piano lessons at her home as well as the Farwell schools. She was a devoted farmer's wife. Dot's greatest joy in life was being a wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, and her parents.
Survivors include her son, Charles Christian and his wife, Sheryl of Farwell, Texas; her daughter, Trumi Wiloth and her husband, Kim of Albany, Texas; her sister Bobbie Foster of Lubbock, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
