He was born on June 20, 1968, in Sullivan, to William Richard Sullivan and Janice (Alsman) Finley. He lived in Warsaw for the past five years after moving from Linton.
He worked as a final finisher at Frontline Manufacturing, Warsaw, fishing and mushroom hunting.
He was survived by her mother; four sisters: Lisa (Charles) Rumple, Warsaw; Gloria (Brian) Bixler, Linton; Tammy Sullivan, Linton; Pamela Sullivan, Warsaw; half-sister: Stephanie Finley, Warsaw; two uncles: Doug (Nikki) Sullivan, Warsaw; Jack Alsman, Linton; two aunts: Cindy (Kenneth) Kellogg, Warsaw; Linda Durham, Bourbon.
He was preceded in death by his father: William R. Sullivan.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St. Warsaw, IN 46580. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Solsberry Cemetery, Solsberry.
