Born July 16, 1912, in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Milford J. and Nellie M. (Tumey) MacDonald. She married Norman M. Cameron and he died in March of 1942.
Survivors include two sons: Richard M. Cameron Sr. and his wife Betty Ann of Bedford and William R. Cameron and his wife Paula Gayle of Bloomington; two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four grandchildren: Richard Cameron Jr., Greg Cameron, Catherine Cameron and Trina Cameron; five sisters: Juanita MacDonald, Katherine Sharp, Mildred Arena, Betty Jewell Hunter and Katherine Kittle; and four brothers: Lester, Wilbur, Martin and Walter "Ebie" MacDonald.
She was retired from General Motors Central Foundry in Bedford. She was a member of UAW Local No. 440; Fairview Community Church; and the Bedford Organ Club.
Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery.
