Wesolowski, Cheryl Ann 59, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on February 27, 2015. Cheryl graduated from Northwest Ohio Nursing Academy, she then moved to Mesa, Arizona where she began working with chronically and terminally ill children. It was there she met and fell in love with her daughter, Alvina Lynn Perry. Survived by; parents, Melvin and Arlene Wesolowski; siblings, Jeffery (Kate) Wesolowski, and Julie Wesolowski; nephews, Jonathan (Jenna) Wesolowski, and Jacob Wesolowski; niece Nicole (Paul) Wisner, and great nephews and nieces, Kayla, Kenzie, Tyler, and Jaxson. Services will be held March 4, 2015 at 10:00 am at The Praise and Worship Center, 2551 North Arizona Avenue #3 Chandler, Arizona. Preceded in death by Grandparents, Stanley and Lottie Wesolowski, John and Victoria Karpinski; sister-in-law, Paulette Wesolowski; and her beloved daughter, Alvina.
