A native of San Jose and an Oakland resident for over 30 years. Age 91.
Beloved sister of the late Joseph E. Cappa and Robert A. Cappa. Dear sister-in-law of Jean Cappa and Jo Cappa. Loving aunt of James E. Cappa, John J. Cappa, Laurie Callagy and Julie Maddox. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Lois passed away peacefully with her niece and nephew by her side along with a picture of her beloved dog King. She was an avid animal lover, world traveler, and a loving Aunt, never forgetting to send a birthday card to her nieces and nephews each year. Her strong and independent spirit will be missed.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on March 27th, 2015 at 10:00am at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1965 Reliez Valley Rd, Lafayette, CA 94549. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to an animal charity of choice in Lois' name.
