Funeral services for William A.
Cotner, 89, will be at 2 p.m. Sat-
urday at the McCloskey-Hamilton-
Kahle funeral home.
A resident of 615 Shultz St., he
died at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at
Memorial hospital of a heart at-
tack.
Born March 28, 1872, in Cass
county, he was the son of William
A. and Nancy Reeder Cotner. His
wife, Rose E., died Oct. 31, 1957.
A retired plastering contractor,
he was the oldest plasterer in the
Logansport area. The deceased
was a member of the Burnettsville
Baptist church and the plasterer's
ion.
Survivors include three sons,
Harry and Frank, both of Logans-
port, and Mearl, of, Anderson;
three daughters, Mrs. Marie Pfaff,
Mrs. Helen Russo and Mrs. Lulu
Looker, all of Logansport; 22
grandchildren; 25 great-grand-
children; a sister, Mrs. Anna
Powell, Logansport; and a broth-
er, Walter; of Bentonville, Ark.
Rev. J. E. Douglas, of Burnetts-
ville will officiate at the services
and burial will be in Mt. Hope
cemetery. Friends may call at the
funeral home after 7 p.m.' Thurs-
day.
