Manloff Gregory lived in Livingston County, Mo. between the late 1830's and when he died in 1867. He had two wives, Fanny Abigail Mann who died Nov. 17, 1856 and Jane.
He owned slaves, whom he brought from North Carolina and lived in the western part of Monroe township. He had four children with Fanny: Lovey C, Nathan Hall, WIlliam Henry, and Spencer Washington. He had two children with Jane: Spence Manloff born July 14, 1860 was buried in Monroe Center Cem. with his wife Mahala Borders, and Luke b 1858.
Spence Manloff died 2 Aug. 1935

Descendent Love Abigail Jarvis married the Rev John R Bryan, and had a daughter named Della Maude. Della married Leland Fink. There is a Jarvis Cem. near where Manloff H. Gregory's farm was located.
