He had two children with Jane: Spence Manloff born July 14, 1860 was buried in Monroe Center Cem. with his wife Mahala Borders, and Luke b 1858.

Descendent Love Abigail Jarvis married the Rev John R Bryan, and had a daughter named Della Maude. Della married Leland Fink. There is a Jarvis Cem. near where Manloff H. Gregory's farm was located.
