Jeffrey Lee Armstrong, 42, of Breckenridge, MN, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015, at the St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN. Jeff was born in Breckenridge, on September 4, 1972, to Harry and Lorraine (Hegstad) Armstrong. He grew up and attended school in Breckenridge. He was employed at various businesses in the Breckenridge/Wahpeton community over the years. Most recently he worked at the Fry'n Pan in Wahpeton, ND, where he enjoyed the comradery of his fellow workers. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed crossword puzzles, using his computer, reading, and watching television. He had a special relationship with his niece and nephews and looked forward to spending time with them.
Jeff is survived by, his mother, and brother, Joe Armstrong. He is preceded in death by his father, Harry Armstrong.
