Mr. Crabtree was a native of Clarksville, TN. He was a graduate of Austin Peay State University and a Vietnam veteran, 1st Lt., U.S. Army. He had a passion for aviation and golfing. Mr. Crabtree was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. He retired as Vice President of Operations of Augusta Sportswear.
In addition to his wife, family members include daughter: Kelly Crabtree and wife Uschi Bulger; son: Scott Crabtree and wife Adrian; grandchildren: Ben Crabtree, Tom Buckler and Sarah Buckler; and a host of other loving family members.
A memorial service was held Monday, March 23, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Tom Kalliokoski officiating.
