He was born June 10, 1959, in Denver to Hubert T. Hoffman Sr. and Olga M. Weigel, formerly of Hays.
Survivors include a son, Travis Hoffman, Littleton, Colo.; three brothers, Dick Hoffman, Evergreen, Colo,, Tom Hoffman, Henderson, Colo., and Jerry Montgomery Westminster, Colo.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Arvada Chapel of the Angels, Arvada, Colo.; burial in Golden Cemetery, Golden, Colo.
Visitation will be 7 p.m. Friday at the chapel.
