Betty June Beaver, 88, of Westminster passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Carroll Hospital Center.
Born February 3, 1927, in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late David A. and Neva C. Stonesifer. She was the wife of the late L. Albert Beaver, her husband of 45 years, who predeceased her in 1994.
She had attended Western Maryland College and was a graduate of the Baltimore Business College.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling with her husband, spending time with her family and gardening. She was a member of the Westminster Church of the Brethren and had been an organist and pianist. She had a fondness for Penn State University.
Surviving are son and daughter-in law Kevin W. and Sharon Beaver of Westminster, daughter and son-in-law Wanda J. and Terry Underkoffler of Lancaster, PA; brother and sister-in-law D. Hale and Helen Stonsifer; grandchildren Megan Bowen, Ryan Beaver, and Holly and Bradley Underkoffler and great-granddaughter Clare Bowen.
Interment at Meadow Branch Cemetery.
