She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Melba was a superb
cook as well as a wonderful baker. She was employed by Mazen restaurant at
the time of death.
Melba will forever be remembered by her dearest friend Mr. Emanuel
Chaney, beloved children Tessa Anderson (Gary), Tillman Skinner Jr.(Rosie),
Michael Skinner, Sr (Ernestine), Marie Eaglin(Reynard,Sr) all of Lake
Charles, Louisiana, 21 grandchildren, 27 greatgrandchildren, and a host
of nieces, nephews, cousins, borther-n-laws, and friends.
