Connie Elaine (Roark) Struthers-McManomy, 48, died at 11:55 PM Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1998, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, after a brief illness. Born Aug. 6, 1949, at Lafayette, she had lived in rural Attica since 1982. She was married to Otis McManomy on Aug. 25, 1997, at Covington; he survives. Mrs. McManomy graduated from Ivy Tech School of Nursing and was a CLPN. She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Surviving with her husband are a son, Steven Struthers of Attica; her mother, Gladys Gross of Lafayette; two sisters, Vivian E. Hurst and Monica R. Hurst, both of Lafayette; three brothers, William C. Hurst, Jr. of Attica, Donald J. Wheat, and Edward R. Wheat, both of Lafayette; and one grandson. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie Lynn Struthers; and a brother, Randolph A. "Randy" Wheat.
