Joseph Eustace "Joe" Shelley (18 September 1892 - 23 June 1966) was an Australian rules footballer who played with University in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
Educated and played football for Geelong Church of England Grammar School and Melbourne Church of England Grammar School.
Served World War 1 Captain (Medical Officer) 14th Australian General Hospital.
1919-1937 He lived in Jerusalem, Palestine.
1937-1957 He lived in Cyprus.
1963 He returned to live in Brisbane, Queensland.
1964 He lived in Famagusta, Cyprus.
6th April 1925 whilst visiting Melbourne from Jerusalem he was the sole survivor of a Railway crossing Accident which claimed 4 lives.
