Amy Eola Blair, 96, Billings, passed away Thursday morning, October 30, 2003, in her home. She was born June 14, 1907, in Witts Springs, Ark., to Alvin W. and Elizabeth (Hiett) Flatt. Mrs. Blair was a homemaker and a member of the Hurley Church of God. She was married to Orbia Blair September 23, 1928, and he preceded her in death March 28, 1993. Others preceding her in death were her parents and a brother. She is survived by four children, Marsena Laymon, Billings, Melvin Lee Blair, Washougal, Washington, Joyce M. Crabtree, Billings, and Gaylon Ray Blair, O'Fallon; two sister, Leota Jones, Burgman, and Opal McNutt, Magic Springs, Ark.; ten grandchildren; 15 greatgrandchildren; 11 greatgreat-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2003, in Hurley Church of God with the Rev. Herbert Ward officiating, under direction of Meadors Funeral Homes, Clever. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Wright Cemetery, south of Clever. The Clever chapel will be open at 10 a.m. Saturday, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
