SIDNEY — Victoria "Vicki" R. Bell, age 60, 2935 Lindsey Road, Sidney, passed away peacefully March 19, 2015 at Wilson Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

Vicki was born Nov. 6, 1954, to Clyde Watkins of Quincy and Bessie (Goings) Watkins who is deceased. On Dec. 24, 1974, she married Conley Bell Jr. who survives.

Vicki is survived by mother-in-law, Arnell Bell, of Sidney; children, Angie (Chris) Wise, of St. Paris, and Betsy (Brandon) Weyant, of West Milton; grandchildren, Gage Weyant, Mackenzie Wise, Alexandra Karnehm, Aspen Karnehm and Bailey Wise; siblings, Debbie Watkins, of Bellefontaine, Rick (Cindy) Watkins, of Quincy, Tim (Bo) Watkins, of Quincy, and Mark Watkins, of Dayton.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Conley Bell Sr.

Vicki was a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union of Quincy. She was retired from Schnidler Elevator in Sidney. She was a graduate of the Class of 1972 of Riverside High School, Quincy. Vicki loved her farm animals especially her two donkeys, pet dogs, and working in her garden. She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at 1 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Burial will follow at Beechwood Cemetery in Lockington, Ohio.

Family and friends may call on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis or the American Heart Association in Vicki's memory.
