A tribute: "Glida Pearl's greatest words of love were her biscuits and gravy, or maybe it was her cornbread and collards. We most certainly remember all the canning parties when everyone chipped in with help, good stories, and lots of laughter. Her favorite way of showing her love was to share her gospel music with all willing to listen." Love Donna.
Funeral services were conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel at Shady Spring, W.Va., on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jay Barr officiating. Burial was in the E.B. Vest Cemetery on White Oak Mountain.
