Kathryn was born to Thomas and Wanda (Maitlin) Aaron, on May 20, 1951, in Portales, New Mexico.
In addition to her parents, Kathryn was preceded in death by her son and twin brother of Kim, Jimmy Holsey; and sadly, her daughter, Diana Lynn DeShazo, who passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, as a result of injuries she sustained in the accident. Diana was 47 and also from Rogersville.
She leaves behind three children; daughter, Sheila McGee and husband, Jeremy, of Sebring, Florida; daughter, Kim Bronstein and husband, David, also of Sebring, Florida; and son, Matthew Johnson and wife, Jennifer Albright, of Phoenix, Arizona; thirteen grandchildren – Alicia Kensinger, Justin DeShazo, William DeShazo (Stephanie), Robert Leonardo, Kayla Leonardo, Kyle Bronstein (Ashley Weeks), Rebecca Martin (Dustin), Blake Bronstein, Cody Johnson (Habana), Derek Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Quentin Cotten and Samantha Holsey; eleven great-grandchildren – Adaleigh Benson, Brandon Weir, Nicholas Wiggins, Parker Wiggins, Brinley DeShazo, Lydia Bronstein, Ariel Bronstein, Aubrey Martin, Leilani Johnson, Jasmyn Cotten and Jacklyn Cotten; brother, Melvin Aaron and wife, Judy, of North Carolina; sister, Carolyn Jordan and husband, Sonny, of Heber, Arizona; sister, Carla Teel and husband, Larry, of Snowflake, Arizona; several nieces, nephews, extended family, dear friends and neighbors.
The families will hold a memorial service for both Kathryn and Diana at a later date.
