ARTHUR D. AVERY
CANDOR - Arthur D. Avery, 85, of 75 Spencer Road, Candor, died October 6, 1990 at the Sayre House, Sayre, PA.
He was retired from Morse Chain of Ithaca and a life member of the Candor American War Dads.
Survived by three sons Floyd and Charles Avery of Spencer, and James Avery of Danby; four daughters, Betty Boyce of Ithaca and Agnes Glann, Barbara Punger and Janet Goodrich all of Spencer; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Delia Cook of Union Falls, NY and Helen Northrup of Millerton, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held October 10 at the Halsey Valley Cemetery officiated by Rev. Gary Stoughton. Allen-Manzer Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements.
