John “David” Devane passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2007. He was born in Vero Beach, Florida, February 21, 1950 to parents, Woodrow and Carolyn Devane.
David is survived by his son, Travis Devane; brother, Carl Devane; sisters, Shirley Devane Hartley and Odessa Devane Bird; aunts, Carleen Bell and Bert Bass; and adopted sister, Denise Cortez.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a Galveston Yellow Cab Driver for 20 years.
