LEAVES FOR HIS HEALTH
On Tuesday of this week, T. J. McElyea solicited the merchants of Erick for donation to send K. R. Puckett to Southern Texas for his health. The merchants donated liberally, as Mr. Puckett has been in poor health for some time, and most of the merchants knew it. Mr. McElyea secured enough to send him and his family to Abeline, Tex., where he has relatives, who will look after them after reaching this point.
