Viola M. Funk, 94, of Heyworth, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Monday (March 16, 2015) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Viola was born June 8, 1920 in Wing, a daughter of Henry and Laura Holloway Kamrath. She married Audrey D. Funk on June 25, 1950. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Leroy and Floyd Kamrath and one granddaughter, Amanda Funk.

Surviving are one son, Jim Funk; one daughter, Judy Bird; three grandchildren, Stacy (Sam) Woodward, Scott (Jamie) Raithel and Laura (Joseph) Spicer; eight great-grandchildren and one brother, Eston Kamrath.
