Died. Rev. P. D. Bethel died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Finney and Mr. Finney, Monday. He had only been in Erick since Thursday. Funeral serves were conducted by the Rev. Geo. C. Hutto at the Baptist Tabernacle Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Another daughter, Mrs. J. W. Bailey and Mr. Bailey of Granfield came in Tuesday to attend the services.
