Betty Dorothy "Dot" Shipp, 74, of Albertville, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at Shepherd's Cove – Hospice of Marshall County.
Services were Thursday, May 1, at 3 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Rogers officiating. Burial followed at New Canaan Cemetery in DeKalb County.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Sonya and Hamza Tlemsani, of Gulf Breeze, and Ingrid Galloway, of Albertville; sister, Syble Hodges, of Albertville; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
