WILMINGTON-Mary C. Hasty (nee Miller), 83, of Wilmington, IL passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL. Born Sept. 1, 1931 in Barlow, KY, she was the daughter of James and Mary (nee Logsdon) Miller.
Mary retired from Personal Products in Wilmington, after 20 years of employment. After her retirement she continued to work and was employed by Free Press Newspapers in Wilmington. Mary had many hobbies, but her favorites were working in her yard and shopping at garage sales.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Claude Hasty Jr.; brother, James Miller and sister, Ida Ward.
Visitation will be at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd. & Crematory, Braidwood Chapel, Monday, March 23, 2015 from 2 to 7 p.m. with the funeral service starting at 7 p.m. Private graveside services will be in Wiley Cemetery, Colfax, IL.
