She had attended Chaney High School in Austintown, Ohio. She worked with her husband in a trucking company, as the secretary.
She was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching the races. Her favorite football team was the Pittsburgh Steelers, and she could be found watching the Home Shopping Network from time to time. She was a lover of the color orange. Sheila was devoted to her family and will be missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed her companion, Maggie Mae, her Pomeranian dog.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Donald L. Hodges of Townville; four sons, Theodore Harold White and his wife, Mellissa, and Bradley White, all of Townville, Shawn Hodges and his wife, Teresa, and Ethan Hodges and his wife, Sara, all of Avella; a daughter, Season Adoniz-Hodges of Washington County; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Janet Tomory of Middletown, N.Y., Sandra Eileen McGinnis and Pamela Lynette McRoberts, both of Youngstown, Ohio; and a brother, Paul Wayne Starkey of Youngstown. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sheila was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Clark Starkey; and a sister-in-law, Betty Starkey.
Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown, Ohio.
