The two Stacey Todd's you mentioned in the memorial description are the same. I know his relatives and he was originally buried in Ohio. He was buried in the wrong space at the cemetery in Ohio. When his family found out, his remains were brought to NC where his family now lives. His cause of death was a drowning. Hope this helps.
