Mr. Ralph Warren Neal

The Service of Remembrance for Mr. Ralph Warren Neal, age 94, of Inverness, Florida, will be held 12:00 Noon, Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes with Dr. William Ortolf officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Wednesday at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes where Masonic services will be conducted by Citrus Masonic Lodge #118 F&AM. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.hooperfuneralhome.com. He was born July 3, 1920 in Washington, IN, son of Alvin and Edith (Adams) Neal. He died March 15, 2015 in Inverness, FL. Mr. Neal was an Army Air Corp. veteran serving during WWII. He moved to Inverness, Florida from Indianapolis, IN in 1975. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Inverness; Citrus Masonic Lodge #118 F&AM, Inverness, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, IN; Murat Shine, Indianapolis; Citrus Shrine Club and Order of Eastern Star #65, Inverness and Charter Member of the Inverness Lions Club. Mr. Neal was a life member of VFW Post #4252, Hernando and a member of American Legion Post 64, Indianapolis, IN. Mr. Neal was preceded in death by his parents, 1st wife Laura Sissom Neal, and 6 brothers. Survivors include his 2nd wife, Christene Pittman Neal; 2 daughters from his 1st wife, Barbara Mytinger, and Helen O'Connell, both of Indianapolis, and a son-in-law David Mytinger; 2 brothers, Foster Neal from McMinnville,TN, and Edgar Neal from Indianapolis; 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
