Funeral services for Janice Mitchell 69, of Fisher, LA will be held on Wednesday January 7, 2015 at 2:00pm at the Shady Grove Church of God in Fisher, LA. Rev. James Hickman will officiate. Interment will follow in Central Cemetery, Robeline, LA. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 3:00pm until time of service.
Janice was born on January 8, 1945 in Woodville, TX. She entered into eternal rest in Shreveport, LA on January 4, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents J.E. and Doris Woodel; granddaughterAngelia Vansickle; great-granddaughter Darla Mae Sparrow; sister Opal Lockwood; and brother Lenard Ray Woodel.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Carrol Mitchell; daughters Katherine Hippler and husband Larry, Cynthia L.
