Minerva I. Fehr, 86, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 in the Old Orchard Health Care Center, Easton. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ellen (Hahn) Weinstein. Minerva was predeceased by her husbands, David Fehr in 1995 and Elwood D. Heimbach in 1974. She was a clothes presser at the former Holtz & Company for over 20 years.
Survivors: Daughter, Florence A. Wilson and husband Larry of Easton; son, Elwood D. Heimbach, Jr. of Easton and his late wife Betty who passed in 2001; grandchildren, Susie Heimbach, Paulette McGee, Deborah Altemose and husband, Samuel Shaw; great-grandchildren, Heather, Stephanie, Michael, Scott, Jr., Tiffany and Sapphire; great-great-granddaughter, Layla. Minerva was predeceased by four sisters.
Services: 10 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2012 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., 46 E. Susquehanna Street, Allentown with the Rev. Robert Santucci officiating. A viewing to be held 9 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Allentown.
